Past President - Provide guidance for President and President Elect, revise the bylaws and procedures manual as needed, Chair of the Nomination Committee

2 Year Position - take minutes for the four quarterly general meetings/board meetings

Treasurer

2 year Position - deposit and withdraw funds for board approved expenses, membership, events, and operating expenses.  Report expenses and funds to the Board at Quarterly Meetings.

Local Area Representatives

1 year position - Current or future representatives can run for multiple consecutive years.  Representatives report to the board regarding unit needs.  They keep the area members informed about LAASP events.
